对学前教育公共性的认识是我国学前教育事业发展的一个根本问题,具有理论与实践的重要现实意义。本研究以学前教育公共性的肇始为切入点,深入分析学前教育公共性的内涵:普及、均衡、参与,针对学前教育公共性缺失的现状,提出保障学前教育公共性实现的三个途径。

To understand the publicity of early preschool education is a fundamental problem in the development of our national preschool education courses. It is of great importance in reality both theoretically and practically. Here I would like to start on the basis of the publicity of preschool education, to conduct profound analysis of the connotation of preschool education publicity, and to put forward the ways to guarantee the achievements of preschool education publicity.
