摘要
"影子培训"是我国校长培训的重要形式之一。当前校长"影子培训"普遍存在组织松散、内容随意、指导针对性和成果驱动性不强等问题。笔者在明确问题和遵循《义务教育学校校长专业标准》的基础上,通过理论建构和实践探索,设计了"跟岗组+案例组"网状编组结构和案例任务驱动的培训模式,从而使校长的影子培训实现了完整观察一所学校和深入满足个人学习需求的两大目标。
The Professional Standard for Principal of Compulsive School set specific standards for the professional development of principals. As an important practice of principal training, shadow training should meet such specific standards. This paper reviewed the current situation of and problems faced by shadow training carried out in compulsive school principal training, and proposed the web grouping model and case task driven model to fulfill the need of deep studding as well as the demand of complete observation.
