Photovoltaic cell modeling and MPPT simulation study

摘要 根据光伏电池数学模型,在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立光伏电池仿真模型,并在不同光照强度和环境温度条件下进行了仿真,结果表明,光伏电池的输出特性呈明显非线性并随环境温度和光照强度的变化而变化。此外,对该模型结合MPPT模块,实现对光伏电池最大功率点跟踪方面,提出了一种跟踪速度快、稳态精度高的改进粒子群算法。经仿真试验表明,该方法较传统方法具有明显的控制效果。 According to the numerical model of photovohaic cell, establishes the simulation model of photovohaic cell under Matlab/Simulink, and simulates it under different conditions of light intensity and temperature. The result shows that the output characteristics of photovoltaic cell,which is non linear,is changing with environment tempera- ture and light intensity. Besides, on the aspect of the realization of maximum power point tracking with the combina- tion of MPPT, the improved particle swarm optimization is proposed with the high speed of tracking and stable accu- racy. The simulation shows that this method, compared to the traditional one, enjoys a more obvious control effect.
