摘要 随着人们环保意识的加强,对燃煤电站烟气进行脱硫是必不可少的过程.本文依据烟气进入海水脱硫系统的温度在一定程度上决定了脱硫的效率这一原则,介绍了Symphony DCS系统应用到海水脱硫工程中对温度控制方面的策略和实现方法.采用了数学PADE近似理论和现代控制理论中最优控制原理对具有滞后性的温度控制进行优化,利用COMPOSER提供的C语言接口进行组态,并给出了具体的实现方法.经过现场的实际运行,证明这种方法切实可行. Abstract:The fuel of coal-fired power plant is coal mainly, if flue gas of coal combustion after being used for heating superheated steam and reheat steam is discharged into air, it will cause pollution, such as acid rain, this dramatic phenomenon of pollution. With the awareness of the protection of the natural environment being stronger, FGD project for flue gas which is discharged by IDF is in line with the requirement of the various countries of the world on environmental pollution control. Temperature of original gas determines the efficiency of FGD to some ex- tent. This article describes the strategy and implementation methods of temperature control in seawater FGD which is created in Symphony DCS system, utilizing the PADE approximation of Mathematical and optimal control of mod- em control theory to optimize the lag temperature control, using the C language interface of Composer to configura tion, and describing the specific implementation method. After the actual inspection in the site, this way is proved feasible.
