摘要
以1-氯-4-(4′-氯苯甲酰基)萘(CCBN)分别与对苯二酚(HQ)、双酚A(BPA)、酚酞(PPn)及4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮(DHPZ)以亲核取代法合成了4种含1,4-萘结构 的聚芳醚酮. 用FT-IR、NMR、DSC、TG、WAXD等方法对聚合物进行了表征,并考察了聚合物 的力学性能和溶解性能. 结果表明,所合成聚芳醚酮均为无定形耐高温的可溶性聚合物.
Four novel poly (aryl ether ketone)s a, b, c and d containing one 1,4-naphthale ne moiety in the repeat unit were prepared by the nucleophilic displacement reac tion of 1-chloro-4-(4′-chlorobenzoyl) naphthalene (CCBN) with 1,4-hydroqui none (HQ), 4,4′-isopropylidenediphenol (BPA), phenolphthalein (PPn) and 4-(4 -hydroxyphenyl) (2H) phthalazin-1-one (DHPZ) respectively. The polymers were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, and WAXD. The thermal behavior, solubility and mechanical properties of the polymers were also studied. The results show t hat the produced polymers have high glass transition temperatures and good therm al stability. All the polymers are amorphous and soluble in some organic solvent s.
