摘要
对全局过程节能改造的能量集成方法进行了分析研究;提出了改进的顶层分析法,对公用工程 系统剩余热的热功转化途径进行了分析和改进;采用了全局过程产用蒸汽等级优化,使过程改 造的全局能量集成始终以经济效益为判据,由外及里层层深入,以较少的过程数据和工作量完 成复杂的能量集成改造分析. 应用实例表明,改进的顶层分析法用于复杂过程系统节能改造 方案的确定是非常有效的.
An improved philosophy of top level analysis is proposed for total site energy i ntegration retrofit. It is shown that steam saving or more generating from proce sses creates a surplus of steam in the total site. Paths for a more efficient us e of this surplus steam to generate more power are identified with the help of a path-analysis, in which the difference of electricity power generating turbine s and process turbines is taken into account. The improved approach not only pro vides powerful insights into the utility system economics, but also is a useful tool for evaluation of steam saving, steam generating, and steam switching proje cts under the condition of fixed configuration of utility network. Furthermore, it rules out uneconomic options, and reduces the time and effort for data extrac tion for project identification. A practical example of total site utility retro fit shows that the improved path-analysis is effective.
