摘要
[目的]了解“香粉1号”的基本生物学特性,为香蕉育种工作提供理论依据。[方法]采用形态学观察法测量形态学指标,采取Sinmmonds标准分类法评分,并利用去壁低渗火焰法进行染色体数目计数。[结果]假茎高度300~360cm;叶片直立,叶基两边尖,叶尖钝;果肉金黄色。[结论]分值为27分,细胞学研究确定其染色体数目为33,初步确定为三倍体,基因型为AAB。
[ Objective] The basic biological characteristics of "xiangfen No. 1" were studied, so as to provide eoretical basis for the banana breeding work. [ Methodl The morphological index was measured by morphology observation. It was scored by Sinmmonds standard classifica- tion. And the method of low permeability was used to wall flame in chromosome number counting. [ Result I Investigations in "xiangfen No. 1" showed that the stem height of this specie ranged 300 -360 cm with upright leaves, sharp base on both sides of leaf, tip obtuse and flesh pulp sarcocarp was golden yellow. [ Conclusion] The "xiangfen No. 1 "got a score of 27 points, whose cytological studies to determine its chromosome number was 33, initially identified as triploid, and the genetype was AAB.
