摘要
针对草业科学专业本科生毕业实习在现阶段出现的新情况,以培养学生的实践创新能力,协调"课堂教学-毕业实习-考研/就业"的矛盾,提高毕业论文(设计)质量为目标。有机结合专业课课程实习、专业文献综述、大学生科研训练、毕业实习及毕业论文等实践教学环节,通过调整毕业实习时间,改革毕业实习学习方式,建立毕业实习成绩科学评价体系,实行"导师-项目小组制"的草业科学本科生培养模式,为促进草业科学国家重点学科本科教育的发展提供有益的借鉴。
At the present stage, the undergraduates of grassland science faced the dilemma of classroom teaching, graduation practice and em- ployment/graduate record examination. The aim of the study was improving the quality of graduation thesis based on training the undergraduate abilities of innovation and practice. The contradiction of classroom teaching, graduation practice and employment/graduate record examination was resolved by adjustment the times of graduation practice. The practice teaching was improved by the integrating of internship programs, literature review, scientific research training and graduation practice. The reform of graduation practice was called the mode of tutor and scientific project team. The mode also included the changes of learning methods and the establishment of scientific evaluation system. The mode could provide the reference for improving undergraduate education of grassland science.
