摘要
普洱茶是一种后发酵茶,经过一定时间的贮藏,能提高普洱茶的品质。贮藏的环境条件决定普洱茶的品质好坏,针对贮藏期,进行有害生物的调查,收集有害生物,并对有害生物生物学特性进行研究,为指导普洱茶的科学贮藏,避免有害生物危害提供理论基础。
Pu'er Tea is post--fermented tea and its quality can be improved after storage for certain time. The environmental condition duringstorage determines the quality of Pu'erTea. We in- vestigatedand collected the pests in Pu'er Tea during its storage and researched the biologicalcharac teristics of these pets. The results can provide theoretical basis for avoidin9 damage by pests and guid ing the scientifical storage of Pu'er Tea.
