Based on the C-D function of Xinjiang service industry factor contribution degree and estimating total factor productivity

要实现新疆经济的跨越式发展,大力发展服务业是必经之路。今后应引导劳动力向服务业流动,发挥技术创新的作用,注重人才培养,提升质量型要素对服务业发展的贡献。

This article analyzes the status o（ the service in- dustry in Xinjiang,then analyzes the changing trends of capi- tal and labor from 1978 to 2011,next this article uses Cobb- Douglas Function to measure the contribution of capital and labor and calculates the Total Factor Productivity of the ser- vice industry in Xinjiang; at last,this article makes the con- clusion.
