摘要
在定时截尾试验情形下 ,给出了有关可靠性增长的精确检验方法 ,并对不同检验方法的功效进行了模拟比较 .
An exact test method on test reliability growth in the experiments truncated at fixed time is obtained,and simulated results of power comparision of different methods are also given.
