摘要
电流效率高低直接影响电解槽的产量及运行成本。以多极镁电解槽的实际运行状况及各项操作控制为依据,论述了影响多级镁电解槽电流效率的最主要因素是电解槽温度、电解质成分、电解质组分及电解槽的密封剂负压控制。总结归纳出了各点的最佳控制指标,并指出了生产中的精细化操作是实现高电流效率的必要条件。
The height of current efficiency affects the productivity and running cost of electrolytic cells di- rectly. In this paper, according to actual operating conditions of magnesium electrolytic muhipole cells and the operation control, the most important factors such as cell temperature, electrolyte composition, e- lectrolyte component and negative pressure control of sealing agent for electrolytic cells is discussed, which affects the current efficiency of magnesium electrolytic multipole cells, and optimal control indica- tors for each point is summarized, it is pointed out that the necessary condition of achieve high current ef- ficiency is refinement operating in manufacture.
