摘要 建立同时测定蒙药复方协日嘎-4中栀子苷、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱的HPLC含量测定方法.建立的色谱系统为:用Elite C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-0.4%磷酸二氢钾水溶液(B)为流动相,柱温30℃,检测波长栀子苷238nm,姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱346nm,流速1.0mL·min-1.本方法可使栀子苷、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱有效分离,在各自的检测范围内线性良好,精密度和重复性良好,加样回收率分别为98.83%(RSD=1.90%)、98.07%(RSD=2.03%)、99.36%(RSD=1.43%).经过方法学验证,该方法可同时、简便、快速、准确的测定蒙药复方协日嘎-4中栀子苷、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱的含量,可以作为蒙药复方协日嘎-4的质量控制方法. A HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of jasminoidin,cur- cumin and berberine hydrochloride in Mongolian medicine, Xieriga-4, was established. The chroma- tographic system was as follows: Elite C18 (4.6mm× 250mm, 5μm) column with acetonitrile (A) and 0. 4% potassium dihydrogen phosphate (B) as the mobile phase; column temperature was 30 ~C ;detection wavelengths were set at 238 nm for geniposide and at 346nm for jasminoidin and berberine. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ~ min- 1. This approach allowed geniposide,eurcumin and berberine effectively separated. The linearity,precision and reproducibility were good in the respective detection range. The recoveries were 98. 83% (RSD= 1. 90%), 98. 07% (RSD= 2. 03%) and 99.36% (RSD=1. 43%),respectively. The method validation showed that it was a simple,fast and accurate method for simultaneous quantification of jasminoidin,curcumin and berberine hydrochlo- ride in Mongolian medicine Xieriga-4, and it can be used as a quality control method of Mongolian medicine Xieriga-4.
