摘要
建安二十四年(219年),关羽威震华夏。在现代的疑古风气下,"威震华夏"的实情被低估,乃至于以为关羽仅是侥幸浪得虚名。这不仅悖离时人感受,况且方法、态度上也一知半解、误人视听。笔者从《资治通鉴》着手,以《三国志》等史料比对,逐渐勾勒出《资治通鉴》所忽略的史料,而更能趋近于"威震华夏"的全貌。可以说此一关羽形象不仅为低估其人者所未详,甚至也超越了崇敬关羽者的认知与想象。
In 219,Guan Yu became famous and fearing- inspiring throughout China,which is suspected nowadays. Moreover,many people hold that Guan Yu has unearned reputation. Resorting to Records of the Three Kingdoms overlooked by History as a Mirror and some notations from Pei Songzhi,it presents a real situation for Guan Yu,which surprizes those who understate Guan Yu and the ones who worship him.
