On American Evaluation Agencies of Early Childhood Educational Software

摘要作为幼儿教育软件评价的重要组织者与实施者,幼儿教育软件评价机构的研究应当获得充分关注。美国幼儿教育软件评价机构主要包括政府资助机构、软件开发者行业联盟、软件使用单位、第三方机构。不同的幼儿教育软件评价机构在评价活动中采纳的具体评价内容、评价工具、评价方法都有所不同。美国幼儿教育软件评价机构具有多元化、专业化、系统化、技术与幼儿教育综合化的特点,并呈现出评价与研究一体化、以第三方机构为主力军、不同机构之间合作进一步加强、业务趋向网络化等发展趋势。借鉴美国经验,我国以后应推动第三方评价机构的发展,扩大评价主体,建立发展性幼儿教育软件评价体系等。 The American evaluation agencies of early childhood educational soltware mainty consist federally fund agencies, consortium of software developers, units of software user and the third-party agencies. Evaluation contents, evaluation instruments, evaluation approaches of evaluation agencies diverse in evaluating activities. This research gave an analysis on characteristics and development trend of American evaluation agencies of early childhood educational software, which aims at providing a sample for construction of scientific system of early childhood educational software evaluation in our country.
