摘要
用无皂乳液聚合方法制备的核壳结构交联苯丙聚合物乳液(PS-DVB-HEMA)作改性剂,以水泥为胶凝材料,以钢渣、铁尾矿、粉煤灰等固体废弃物代替河砂作为骨料,添加消泡剂及减水剂等,配制出新型绿色聚合物防水砂浆.研究了灰砂比、聚灰比、消泡剂掺量对砂浆性能的影响,并讨论了聚合物的品种对砂浆性能及微观结构的影响.结果表明:灰砂比1∶2.5~1∶3.0,聚灰比10%~12%,消泡剂掺量0.2%(按水泥质量计)时制备的砂浆性能符合JC/T 984-2011《聚合物水泥防水砂浆》标准要求.
A new type of environmental polymer-modified waterproof mortar was developed by taking crosslinked polystyrene2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(PS-DVB-HEMA) microspheres with core-shell structure as modified agent,which were prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization,with cement as cementing material,iron tailings,steel slag,fly ash and other solid wastes as aggregate to replace river sand,and with certain amount of defoamer and water reducer.The cement-sand ratio,polymer-cement ratio and defoamer-cement ratio on the performance of the mortar were investigated.The variety of polymers on the performance and microstructure of the mortar were discussed.The results were obtained that:cement-sand ratio is 1∶2.5~1∶3.0,polymer-cement ratio is 10%~12%,defoamer-cement ratio is 0.2%.The product properties conform to JC/T 984-2011 "Polymer cement waterproofing mortar".
