摘要
以甲醇 -水为流动相对二茂铁甲酰基 -1 ,1′-二烷基二茂铁进行了反相薄层色谱和反相高效液相色谱分离 .两个系列同系物的保留值 RM,logk′分别与两个茂环上烷基碳原子数及流动相中甲醇的含量成线性关系 ;当两个茂环上烷基碳原子数相同 ,取代位置不同时 ,间位异构体的保留值小于邻位异构体 ,表明间位异构体比邻位异构体的极性强 .
Ferrocenylformyl 1,1′ dialkylferrocenes have been separated by RP TLC and RP HPLC using methyl alcohol water as mobile phase.A linear relationship was found between the values of the R M, log K′ of two series homologs and the carbon number of alkyl radical on the two C p rings,and between the R M, log K′ and the fraction of the methyl alcohol in the mobile phase;when the carbon number of alkyl radical on the two C p rings was same,but substituted position was different,the retention values of meta isomer was lesser than ortho isomer,show that the polarity of the metaisomer was stronger than ortho isomer.
