摘要
以三氯化铝为催化剂、二茂铁甲酰氯为酰化剂 ,对 5种 1 ,1′-二烷基二茂铁进行 Friedel-Crafts酰化反应 ,经柱层析分离得到 1 0种酰化产物 .研究了化合物的性质与其结构的关系以及酰化异构体比与反应底物的关系 .通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱证实了化合物的结构 .
Friedel crafts acylation of 5 dialkyl ferrocenes using ferrocenylformyl chloride as acylating agent gave 10 acylating products which were isolated by column chromatography.The relation of the properties of the compounds with their structures and the ratios of the isomers (β/α) to the substrates were studied.The structures have been chracterized by elemental anaylsis,IR and 1HNMR.
