摘要 浙江温州瓯江大桥主桥为(84+200+84)m组合梁刚构桥,中跨跨中80m主梁采用钢箱梁,其余部分采用混凝土箱梁,钢-混结合段采用有格室后承压板式。为保证钢-混结合段施工质量,钢-混结合段采用竖立放置预制施工,安装好临时吊点,待混凝土龄期达到要求后,利用驳船将钢-混结合段运至桥位处,利用桥面吊机翻转钢-混结合段,再通过桥面吊机整体提升钢-混结合段进行吊装,吊至设计标高后,进行混凝土悬臂梁段与钢-混结合段之间的现浇湿接头施工。 The main bridge of Oujiang Bridge in Wenzhou city ,Zhejiang Province is a hybrid girder rigid-frame bridge with span arrangement of (84 + 200 + 84)m .The 80 m-long midspan sec-tion of the intermediate span adopts the steel box girder ,the remaining part adopts concrete box girder ,and the steel-concrete joint section adopts the form of bearing plate with grilles .To ensure the construction quality ,the steel-concrete joint section was vertically placed in the prefabrication process .When the temporary hoisting points were installed and the age of the concrete met the re -quirements ,the steel-concrete joint section was floated to the bridge site by barges .Then ,the deck crane was used to turn the steel-concrete joint section ,and monolithically hoist and erect the steel-concrete joint section to the design elevation ,subsequent to which the joint between the con-crete cantilever girder section and the steel-concrete joint section was cast in place .
