摘要
本文用有限元法,对一块φ220cm的主镜气垫底支承进行了研究,优化了支承环的半径及每个支承环上的气垫数,使得最终镜面轴向相对变形控制在0.016μm以内。
A study has been made on the pneumatic cylinder axial support system of a φ220cm primary mirror. By finite element method, the radii of the support annuli and the number of pads in each ring has been optimized. The peak-to-peak axial deformation of the mirror induced by the support system is in 0.016μm.
