A new iridoid from leaves of Syringa oblata

摘要 目的研究紫丁香Syringa oblata叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等进行分离纯化,依据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从紫丁香叶95%乙醇提取物中分离得到1个环烯醚萜类化合物,鉴定为1β,3α-diethoxy-7-oxo-8β-methyl-1,3,4,4a,5,6,7,7a-octahydro-cyclopenta[c]pyran-4β-carboxylic-p-hydroxyphenethyl ester(1)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为丁香苦素F。 Objective To study the chemical constituents from the leaves ofSyringa oblata. Methods The compound was isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC, and its structure was elucidated by means of spectral analyses. Results A new iridoid was isolated and identified as 1 β, 3a-diethoxy-7-oxo-Sβ-methyl-1, 3, 4, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 7a-octahydro-cyclopenta [c] pyran-4β-carboxylic- p-hydroxyphenethyl ester (1). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, named syringopicrogenin F.
