基于污染损失估算模型的闽江流域水污染经济损失估算 被引量:6

摘要 以闽江流域下游福州段为例,采用污染损失估算模型对其水污染经济损失进行估算。结果表明,水污染经济损失与污染损失率、水资源价格及水资源量成正比,2004-2011年闽江流域水环境污染的经济损失约在4.48455~15.11485亿元之间,2010年的水污染经济损失最高(达15.11485亿元),而2011年最小(4.48455亿元),污染损失率较低,说明闽江流域自2005年开始实施上下游生态补偿以来,通过竹岐断面进入福州境内的水质总体情况较好,闽江下游福州段水质得到了一定程度的改善,与实际情况基本相符。 Taking the Fuzhou Section of Minjiang River Basin as an example, economic loss caused by water pollution was estimated based on the model of pollution loss. The results show that the economic loss which is proportional to the rate of pollution loss, the price of water resource and water resources quantity caused by water pollution was in the range of 4. 484 55-15. 114 85 billions Yuan in 2004-2011 year; the economic loss of water pollution was highest in 2010 (15. 114 85 billions Yuan), and least in 2011 (4. 484 55 billions Yuan). Lower pollution rates indicate that the water quality of Zhuqi section to Fuzhou was better for ecological compensation implemented since 2005. The water quality of Fuzhou section of Minjiang River has improved to a certain degree which was basically matched with the actual situation.
