摘要 建立了气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)分析烟草中8种主要生物碱的方法.样品经10% NaOH溶液浸提,二氯甲烷超声萃取后,采用GC-MS/MS多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,内标法定量.8种生物碱的回收率为93.2% ~ 99.0%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~6.7%.该方法简单快速、灵敏准确,适用于烟草样品中生物碱的快速测定. A method was established for the determination of alkaloids in tobacco by gas chromatogra- phy- triple quardrupole mass spectrometry (GC -MS/MS). The samples were extracted by 10% NaOH and CH2C12, then determined by GC -MS/MS in multi-reaction monitoring(MRM) mode, and internal standard method was applied to quantify alkaloids. The average recoveries of alkaloids in tobacco samples were in the range of 93.2% - 99.0% with relative standard deviations of 2. 8% - 6. 7%. The method was simple, rapid and sensitive, and was suitable for the analysis of alkaloids in tobacco.
