摘要
应用ANSYS软件对真空练泥机挤出过程中陶瓷泥料的温度场进行分析,通过对在不同摩擦系数、不同外界温度、给泥料加热到不同温度等热参数下的运动泥料进行数值模拟,得出了泥料在热参数的影响下螺旋槽内的温度变化规律。结果表明泥料在挤出过程中由于温度的变化引起速度和压力变化,从而影响泥料在挤出过程中流动质量,为陶瓷用真空练泥机泥料挤出生产的研究提供了理论依据。
The pug's temperature field in the extrusion process of the de-airing pug mill was analyzed with AN S Y S sottware. The temperature variation of the pug in the spiral groove of the auger with different parameters, such as friction coefficient, ambient temperature, and pug heating temperature, was numerically simulated. Results show that the extrusion velocity and pressure changes with the pug temperature, which in turn affect the pug extrusion quality. This study provides theoretical basis for the extrusion production observation of the ceramic pug mill.
