小儿解表止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定

Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Child Jebiaozhike Oral Liquid

目的 建立测定小儿解表止咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-含0.1％三乙胺的0.1％磷酸溶液（3：97）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为205 nm,柱温为30℃.结果 盐酸麻黄碱质量浓度在0.01～0.32 g/L范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,精密度RSD为0.13％,平均加样回收率为99.95％,RSD为2.22％（n=9）.结论 该方法简便、快捷、重现性好,可作为小儿解表止咳口服液的质量控制方法.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Child Jiebiaozhike Oral Liquid. Methods The HPLC method was adopted on the C18 chromatographic column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile- 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution（containing 0. 1% triethylamine）（3：97） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The wavelength was 205 nm. Results The sample size of ephedrine hydrochloride in the range of 0.01-0.32 μg shoed the good linear relationship with the peak area, RSD of precision was 0. 13%. The average recovery rate was 99.95%, RSD 2. 22% （n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid with good reproducibility,and can be used as one of the quality control standards for Child Jiebiaozhike Oral Liquid.
