摘要
对于覆盖件的质量,除了尺寸精度外对于板件表面的质量也有一定的要求,特别是外观件,其外观质量决定了整车的美观,而对于表面质量,冲击线的影响占有较大的比例,因此在工艺设计阶段就要着重解决冲击线造成的质量问题。本文就是从冲击线产生的原理出发,对冲击线进行解析,并结合CAE软件进行判定达到从根本上解决冲击线问题。
For stamping panel quslity,in addition to the dimensional accuracy also to have certain requirements of the surface,especially for the skin panel,because it determines the aesthetics of the vehicle. And the influence of impact line occupy larger proportion of the surface quality,so it is important to solve the issue in the process design stage. This article is from the theory of impact line, in combination with CAE software to solve the impact line issue.
