摘要
分析了正向多方位六通管接头的成型工艺,设计了三板式双分型面的X、Y径向的侧向抽芯注射模。阐述了综合应用斜导柱在定模、滑块在动模上和另一斜导柱及滑块均在动模上的侧向抽芯机构形式及其分型先后顺序机构的设计要点,很好地解决了不在同一截面的正向多方位管孔的抽芯问题。
This paper analysed the positive muhidirectional molding process of the six general pipe joint,the injection mold with three board,two-parting surface and X, Y direction corepulling was designed.It stated the design points of the comprehensive application of the inclined guide pillar in the fixed mold, the slider on the dynamic mold and the other inclined guide pillar and the slide block all on the dynamic mold of the side core-pulling mechanism and the parting mechanism, it well solved the core-pulling problem that the positive multidirectional pipe hole is not in the same section.
