摘要
为解决模具锻造过程中合理的冷却过程这一难题,运用有限元与热学的基本理论,提出了可以利用锻造行程中模具吸收的热量等于释放的热量即热交换平衡法来进行分析。本文基于热交换法对圆柱体热模锻进行了数值分析,通过多次模锻后温度场和热应变场变化均匀,所得结果与生产实践相吻合,说明在多模锻过程中应用热交换平衡法的正确性。
To solve the reasonable cooling problem in the of hot forging die process, A new method-heat exchange balance method is put forward to ansys forging process using basic theory of finite element and thermal. The paper was done to ansys hot forging die for a general cylinder based on heat exchange balance method. After multipleb forging, temperature fields and thermal strain fields were with a uniform variation, the results obtained anastomosed with production practice. It showed it is correct that using heat exchange balance method to ansys multipleb forging.
