摘要
在四磺基锰酞菁存在下 ,L-酪氨酸与过氧化氢作用可形成强荧光二聚体 ,由此建立的测定水溶液中过氧化氢的荧光方法可用于雨水及表面海水样品分析 .测定所用的荧光试剂不含辣根过氧化物酶 ,从而避免了生物酶在使用过程中因可能的失活给分析工作所带来的困难 .方法的检测限为9.7× 10 -9mol/ L ,对 1.0× 10 -6mol/ L H2 O2 作 6次平行测量 ,标准偏差为 2 .6% .
The dimerization of L Tyr by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of manganese tetrasulfonatophthalocyanine (MnTSPc) has been adapted to the determination of hydrogen peroxide in rainwater and marine surface water. The catalase used in the present method does not contain horse radish peroxidase, eliminating difficulties caused by possible loss of enzyme activity over time. The detection limit is 9.7×10 -9 mol/L. At a H 2O 2 concentration of 1.0×10 -6 mol/L, the standard deviation is 2.6% for a series of six measurement. The presented method is not only sensitive and accuracy, but also with the merits of stability of regents and the simplicity in performance.
