摘要 数控技术应用专业双主体人才培养是指以企业校区为载体,校企双主体实施"六层推进"人才培养模式,学生通过在校3年学习期间,从进校到学业完成止,按照专业人才培养标准,在学校和企业两个培养主体中依次进行职业认知、职业体验、基础学习、生产实习、岗位学习、顶岗实习等六个层次的学习。让学校与企业共同成为人才培养主体,真正发挥学校、企业在人才培养中的地位和作用。 The numerical control technology application specialized double subject training refers to the enterprise campus as the carrier, between the double main body the implementation of "six layer propulsion" personnel training mode, students in school during the three years study, from school to school to complete, according to the standard of talent cultivation, in school and the enterprise two training out of the main body of the professional cognition, professional experience, basic learning, learning, the position of production practice, field work, such as the six levels of learning. Schools and enterprises become the subject of the talent training to really play to schools, businesses in the position and role of the personnel training.
