The Necessity of Pushing Forward Two-Stage Managements in The Higher Professional and Technical College

高等职业院校在快速发展过程中,原有的管理体制已经不适应发展的需要,深化内部管理体制改革,推行院系二级管理成为高职院校发展的必然要求。而高职院校实施院系二级管理时面临着多方面的挑战,影响了管理者对内部管理改革的决心与信心。因此,高等职业院校要有效推动二级管理,就必须研究清楚实施院系内部二级管理的重要性、必要性。

With the rapid development of higher professional and technical college, the original management is unable to adapt itself to the quick development. As a result, it is becoming necessary to deepen the reform of the internal management system and to implement two-stage managements in all departments. Moreover, two-stage managements face a lot of challenges in different ways and also influence the managers’ determination and confidence in internal reform. Therefore, the importance and necessity of internal two-stage managements have to be studied clearly before enforcing the two-stage managements validly in the college.
