The reform of logistic socialization in institutes of higher learning is the major parts of higher education reform in our country now.The smoothness and the success of the reform will determine the developing and growing of the higher education.Therefore from the importance of the reform,the article analyses and puts forward a few relationships that should be dealt with and held with a great emphasis in the reform of logistic socialization right now.It's the distillation of the theory in the practice and exploration of the reform.
