Five-sentence songs are one of the most characteristic marks of literary and art forms in Wuxi County in Chongqing, including five-sentence folk songs and five-sentence mandarin-duck chanting songs. The words of the songs are closely related to the local people’s productive labor, marriage and love, customs and living patterns, etc. It involves profound ethnological connotation.
