皖江城市带承接产业转移的分析研究

An Analysis of the Industry Transfer at Wanjiang City Belt

产业的转移和承接既是区域间产业调整的互动过程,又是区域内产业结构调整的手段。欠发达地区通过承接发达地区的成熟产业,开发和利用本地丰富的自然资源和廉价劳动力,来推动当地经济发展。目前,虽然皖江城市带通过充分利用安徽省出台的一系列配套措施,在承接产业转移方面取得了一定的成就,但还面临着一些问题,通过数学建模的方法对皖江城市带与相关地区的资源禀赋的分析,可以找到一些解决问题的方法。

Industrial transfer is both a regional interactive process and a regional industrial structural adjustment. By undertaking the mature industry in developed areas, less developed regions can promote the local economy by developing the abundant natural resources and cheap labor. Nowadays, Wanjiang City belt has made full use of a series of supporting measures issued in Anhui Province, and has made some industrial shift, but it is also faced with some problems. By an analysis of the industry shift in Wanjiang City Belt and the related areas with the method of mathematical modeling, a solution to the problem can be found.
