现阶段正确处理政府与市场的关系是事关社会主义市场经济体制完善、经济转型升级、防止腐败和避免地方保护主义的大问题。党的十八届三中全会强调,"经济体制改革是全面深化改革的重点,核心问题是处理好政府和市场的关系,使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好发挥政府作用"。这为我国进一步深化经济体制改革指明了方向。

At present,it is a significant method for the improvement of socialist market economic system,the transformation and upgrading of our economy,and the anti-corruption and avoiding local protectionism by correctly handling the relationship between government and the market.The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC stresses that 'The reform of the economic system is the key of comprehensively deepening reforms,and its core problem is to rationalize the relationship between the government and the market,and to optimize the market's decisive role rule in the distribution of resources and to rationalize the government's rule',which points out to the right direction for our country to go further in the reform of the economic system.
