中国共产党从成立之日起,就高度重视中华民族凝聚力问题,并把推进中华民族凝聚力的发展,提高到中国革命能否取得胜利的战略高度来加以认识。在新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党对解决中国民族问题的政治形式一直进行着与时俱进的变革,通过实行少数民族区域自治实现了中国境内各民族联合起来,并最终以少数民族区域自治作为解决中国民族问题的根本政策、国家制度和政治形式。

Since its birth day, our party has been paying high attention to the Chinese national cohesion. To propel the development of the Chinese national cohesion has been put to the strategic height of whether the Chinese revolution can achieve success. During the new democratic revolution period, our party had been keeping pace with the times in han- dling China＇ s ethnic problems. Through the policy of Regional Autonomy of Minority Nationalities, our party has real- ized the union of all minority nationalities, and finally put it as the basic policy, the state system and the political form in handling the national problems
