不同生长类型胃肠间质瘤CT表现与病理分级对比分析

A Comparative Analysis between the Pathological Grades and the Different Growth Types for Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors(GISTs) by CT

目的:探讨不同生长类型胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)与病理危险度的关系,评价CT对GIST诊断及预后判断的价值。方法:回顾性分析26例经病理证实的GIST的多排螺旋CT资料。结果:26例GIST中,发生于胃14例,小肠7例,胃肠外5例;其中跨壁型3例,壁内型3例,壁外型10例,腔内型5例,胃肠外型5例;不同病理分级的GIST,肿瘤生长类型有统计学差异(P<0.05),生长部位无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:不同生长类型GIST的影像学表现可以在一定程度上提示其恶性程度。

Objective：To analyze the relationship between the different growth types and the corresponding pathological grades for gastrointestinal stromal tumors（GISTs）using CT imaging and evaluate the value of CT in diagnosis and prognosis of the GIST. Method：Twenty-six patients who were clinically and histologically diagnosed with GIST underwent abdominal CT. The data for CT image and pathohistology was retrospectively studied. Result：For all cases of GISTs,there were 14 cases in the stomach,7 in the small intestine and 5 in parenteral. For growth types of these GISTs,there were 3 cases for crossing the wall type,3 cases for intramural type,10 cases for extramural type,5 cases for intracavity type,and 5 cases for extragastrointestinal type. There were significant differences in growth types of GISTs（P〈0.05）,but not in growth site of GISTs for pathological grades（P＆gt;0.05）. Conclusion：The CT imaging of different growth types GISTs could be regarded as an important parameter in judging their malignant degree.
