微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的应用价值 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨微型种植体支抗应用于口腔正畸的治疗效果。方法:选取本院2009年10月-2012年10月进行口腔正畸治疗的108例患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组58例和对照组50例。观察组行微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组行非种植体支抗治疗,疗程9个月,比较两组头颅定位侧位片情况并总结其疗效。结果:经治疗,观察组SNA和U1-SN较治疗前明显缩小,且明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ANB较治疗前明显缩小,SNB和L1-MP明显增加,且ANB明显小于对照组,SNB和L1-MP明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微型种植体支抗治疗口腔正畸疗效好,面型佳,长期稳定性需进一步观察。 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of micro implant anchorage in the treatment of orthodontics.Method:108 cases of orthodontic in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2012 were selected as the observation objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group for 58 cases and the control group for 50 cases.The observation group was treated with micro implant,the control group was treated with non implant treatment. After 9 months of treatment course,lateral cephalometric radiographs of the two groups were compared and their curative effects were summarized.Result:After the treatment,compared with before treatment,SNA and U1-SN in the observation group were significantly reduced,and significantly less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P&lt;0.05);ANB in the observation group was significantly decreased,SNB and L1-MP increased significantly,and the ANB was significantly less than that of control group,SNB and L1-MP were significantly more than that of control group, the differences were statistical significance(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of micro implant anchorage in the treatment of orthodontic is good,have good shape,long term stability need further observation.
