胫、腓骨骨干双骨折中医诊断与治疗临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect Observation of Tibia and Fibula Double Backbone of TCM Diagnosis and Treatment

目的:探讨中医方法对于胫、腓骨骨干双骨折的诊断和治疗的临床效果。方法:以本院2011年10月-2012年10月期间收治的50例胫、腓骨骨干双骨折患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组25例。对照组使用复位后髓内钉内固定术的方法进行治疗,试验组则在施行骨牵引和中医正骨手法后利用夹板外固定的方法进行治疗。治疗后,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:经过24个月的随访,对照组的总有效率为60.0%,试验组的总有效率为92.0%,试验组疗效明显有云对照组,两组患者的治疗效果具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中医方法在胫、腓骨骨折的诊断和治疗中具有良好的效果,值得在临床治疗过程中进一步推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of the tibia, fibula backbone double fracture. Method： Fifty cases of tibia and fibula fracture in the hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 25 cases. The control group was treated by intramedullary nail fixation. The experimental group was treated by external fixation after skeletal traction splints boneset. The effects between the two groups were compared after treatment. Result： After 24 months of follow-up, the effective rate of the control group was 60.0% while the experimental group was 92.0% after treatment, and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of the tibia, fibula backbone double fracture is excellent. It is worth popularization and application.
