摘要 目的探讨高频电圈套技术在支气管病变中的应用。方法在局麻下经气管镜高频电圈套技术对气管内病变进行电凝。结果 31例支气管病变的患者行高频电圈套34次,10例有效,11例部分有效,7例轻度有效,3例无效,其中3人行两次高频电圈套治疗。其中良性病变:5例,恶性病变:26例。合并出血8例,感染1例。结论经气管镜高频电圈套技术消除支气管内病变安全、有效,不良反应少,在解除支气管内病变尤其是良性病变导致的阻塞或梗阻方面作用巨大。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of high-frequency electric snare technology on bronchial lesions. Methods Under local anesthesia, high-frequency electric bronchoscope snare technology was performed by electric coagulation induced coagulation tissue degeneration to improve the ventilation function or obstruction. Results 31 patients with bronchial lesions were treated 34 times by high-frequency electric snare. 10 cases were effective, 11 cases achieved partial response, 7 cases were mild effective, 3 cases were invalid, and three of them had twice high-frequency electric snare treatments. Among 31 cases, 5 were the benign lesions, 26 cases were malignant lesions. 8 of 27 cases were complicated with hemorrhage, 1 case with postoperative infection, and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion Bronchoscopy electrosurgical snare technology is an effective and safe method to eliminate or partially eliminate endobronchial lesions, with low adverse reactions and complications. It plays a huge role in clinical tracheal lesions, especially in removing the endotracheal blockage or obstruction by the benign lesions.
