Ecological Basis of the Technological Practice

技术实践是人类所从事的改造自然、重塑或创造适合于人类生存的物质文化环境的有组织的活动。在工业社会中所形成的以大量消耗资源和能源为代价的 ,以大量生产获得高GNP为目的的技术实践观面临变革 ,一种以人类社会的可持续发展为出发点的 ,以生态学、生态伦理学思想观念出发的技术实践观亟待树立。作为技术实践观变革的基础 ,是产业的高新技术化 ,用最少的资源和能源获取最大的产业效益 ,以满足人口不断增加且日益追求生活质量的这一基本社会需求。

Technological practice is the organized activities of human beings to change the nature, to rebuild or create a new material and cultural environment for human's existence. The technological practice formed during the industrial revolution was characterized by being consuming large quantities of resources and producing more products for higher GNP, which has to face reformation now. A new technological practice view should be set up which will take the human's sustaining development as its starting point, based on some ideas in ecology and ecological ethics. The premises of changing the view should be to introduce more high and new technologies into industries, to gain the greatest profit by using the least resources, to meet the basic need of the expansion of population and demand of high quality life.
