脑梗死合并肺部感染患者血清CRP及IL-6检测意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察脑梗死合并肺部感染患者血清CRP及IL-6的表达水平。方法检测脑梗死合并肺部感染患者(A组,n=32例)、脑梗死未合并肺部感染患者(B组,n=35)和门诊健康体检者(C组,n=30例)血清CRP及IL-6的表达水平。结果 A、B两组患者血清CRP、IL-6表达水平均显著高于C组(P<0.05),且A组血清CRP、IL-6表达水平也显著高于B组(P<0.05);A、B两组患者血清CRP表达水平与IL-6表达水平之间呈正相关性关系(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死合并肺部感染患者血清CRP及IL-6的表达水平明显高于未发生肺部感染的脑梗死患者,对评估病情严重程度具有较高的临床价值。
