摘要
目的探讨罗非鱼鱼皮胶原多肽的降压效果。方法采用原发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和京都Wistar大鼠(WKY)作为实验动物,通过一次性给药实验和长期给药实验,分析比较不同剂量的鱼皮胶原多肽和卡托普利(Captopril)对SHR和WKY的血压、血液血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)含量、心率及体重的影响。结果在一次性给药实验中各剂量组和Captopril组SHR血压均有显著下降,其中高剂量组收缩压下降幅度最大,下降了30.37mmHg;长期给药实验中,SHR血压下降后保持稳定,且AngⅡ含量降低,高剂量组比对照组低了51.13ng·L-1;鱼皮胶原多肽对京都Wistar大鼠(WKY)的血压值和AngⅡ含量没有显著的影响;同时,实验过程中大鼠的心率和体重均无显著变化。结论鱼皮胶原多肽对SHR的降血压效果显著,长期饲喂还有稳定血压的功效,且不影响WKY的正常血压,对心率和体重也无显著影响。
Objective To study the antihypertensive effect of collagen peptides extract from skin of tilapia fish. Methods The study adopted Spontaneously Hypertensive rats (SHR) and Wistar Kyoto rats (WKY) as the experimental animals. The blood pressure, blood angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ), heart rate and body weight of SHR and WKY were chosen as the indexes to analyze the influence of the different doses of antihypertensive peptide and Captopril by the one-time dosing experiments and the long-term dosing experiments. Results The results showed that blood pressure of all the groups of SHR dropped significantly in the one-time dosing experiments, and systolic blood pressure of high dose group SHR dropped most, which is up to 30. 37 mmHg; In the long-term dosing experiments, SHR blood pressure declined and then remained stable, meanwhile the content of Aug Ⅱ declined, in which the pressure of high dose group was 51.13 ng/L lower than that of the control group. There were no significant influ-ence in Wistar Kyoto rats (WKY) blood pressure values and Aug Ⅱ content when collagen peptides ex-tract from skin of tilapia fish was used; at the same time, there were no significant changes in the heart rate and weight of the rats in the experiment process. Conclusion Collagen peptides extract from skin of tilapia fish had significant effect on lowing blood pressure, and the blood pressure remained stable after long-term feeding, it also didn't affect the normal blood pressure of the WKY, and there was no signifi- cant effect on heart rate and body weight.
