海参精囊提取物对环磷酰胺诱导小鼠生殖系统受损的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的本文旨在探讨海参精囊提取物对环磷酰胺导致的雄激素部分缺乏、生殖系统受损小鼠的保护作用。方法昆明种小白鼠随机分组,除正常组用生理盐水外其他各组均腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CP,28mg/kg),每天1次,连续5d,复制生殖系统受损、雄激素部分缺乏模型;同时治疗组每天灌胃不同剂量的药物1次,连续4周,记录小鼠的体重并观察其精神状态。计算脏器指数,检测血清中睾酮含量,观察睾丸组织切片中生精上皮的厚度和生精细胞的数量,并与模型组进行比较。结果相比于模型组小鼠,虽海参精囊提取物高低剂量间无明显差异(P>0.05),但治疗组小鼠的脏器指数、血清睾酮含量、生精上皮厚度和生精细胞数量均有明显的改善(P<0.01),甚至接近或高于正常水平。结论海参精囊提取物能显著提高环磷酰胺导致的生殖系统受损小鼠的血清睾酮含量,并且对损伤的生殖系统具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of holothurian spermatophore extracts on par- tial androgen deficiency of the mice genital system injured by cyclophosphamide(CP). Methods Male Kunming mice were equally allotted to groups, and they were intraperitoneally injected with CP (28 mg/kg) once a day for 5 days to construct injured genital system and partial androgen deficiency model except that the regular group was intraperitoneally injected with normal saline. Mice in the treatment groups orally received extracts once a day for 4 weeks. The changes of body weight and spirit state were observed. Visceral index, testosterone concentration in serum, thickness of spermatogenic epithelium and spermatogenic cells amount were determined and compared with those of model group. Results Compared with that in model group, though there was no obvious difference between the doses of holo-thurian spermatophore extracts (P^0.05), the visceral index, testosterone levels in serum, thickness of spermatogenic epithelium and number of spermatogenic cells were all significantly improved (P~ 0.01), even closer to or higher than the normal level. Conclusion Holothurian spermatophore extracts can improve testosterone levels in serum content of and have a protective effect on the damaged genital the mice with damaged genital system caused by CP system.
