摘要
目的研究浒苔粗提多糖作为化妆品的开发潜力。方法经水提乙醇沉淀得到浒苔粗多糖,测定其抗氧化性、保湿性吸湿性及防晒效果。结果浒苔多糖在抗氧化,吸湿保湿性和防晒方面均有较好作用。抗氧化方面,浒苔多糖对DPPH自由基的清除率在浓度为1.5mg/mL时高达92.11%,对羟自由基的清除率在浓度为3mg/mL达到83.40%;保湿吸湿方面,多糖的吸湿性在湿度为55%和85%时均明显优于甘油和商品化爽肤水(千纤草丝瓜水),多糖与甘油1∶1混合时在湿度43%和55%时保湿效果最好;防晒方面,0.4mg/mL多糖防晒效果优于商品化防晒隔离水(防晒系数30+的曼秀雷敦新碧户外骄阳防晒喷雾)。结论浒苔多糖具开发为化妆品原料的潜能。
Objective To study the potential use of crude polysaccharides from Ulwa prolifera in cosmet- ic. Methods The crude polysaccharides were obtained from Ulz,a prolifera by water extraction and eth-anol precipitation. The antioxidant, moisture absorption and retention, and anti-ultraviolet irradiation were measured. Results Crude polysaccharides from Ubva p,'oLifera were indicated to play an important role in antioxidant, moisture absorption and retention, and anti-ultraviolet irradiation. Firstly, crude polysaccharides scavenged DPPH by 92.11% at 1.5 mg/mL and hydroxyl radical by 83.40~ at 3 mg/ mL. Secondly, at humidity level of 55O/oo and 85~/00, crude polysaccharides were demonstrably superior to glycerol and Qianxiancao loofah water on moisture absorption. However, on moisture retention, a mixture of crude polysaccharides and glycerol (1 : 1) was superior to others at humidity level of 43 and 55~. Finally, crude polysaccharides, with transparency of 0.02~ ranging in 280- 320 nm (3.92 of average optical density), heated Mentholatum sunscreen spray (Sun Protection Factor 30 +) on anti-ultraviolet irradiation. Conclusion These results implied the potential of crude polysaccharides from UI-wa prolifera as cosmetic ingredients.
