本文通过对黄土高原小流域综合整治典型逆向性人群的意识—行为过程中形成的案例 ,以及造成的负面影响进行了初步分析 ,在此基础上 ,深入对黄土高原小流域环境和经济持续发展人群的意识—行为过程的研究 ,对黄土高原小流域综合整治 ,以及西部大开发主动力 (人群的内动力 )的研究 ,提供了一项积极、有效的科学依据。

This paper makes a primary study through the analysis of human psychological behavior process and negative effects; Based on it, the authors make a further analysis on environmental and economic sustainable development. This will be a positive effect to exploration of the West China.
