How the Study of Huxiang Culture deepens its Development and Innovation——Taking as an Example Mr. Tian Zhongyang's New Book “The Historical Coordinate Axis between the Preceding and the Following”

在湖湘文化研究已经取得丰硕成果的基础上,如何进一步深入开拓与创新?通过以田中阳的新著《承先启后的历史坐标》为样本进行分析后,得出这样的结论:必须开拓新的研究领域;必须以科学分析的精神扬弃湖湘文化,提出具有现实启迪意义的新创见;必须具有"诚实和谦逊的态度"。

On the basis of the fact that the Study of Huxiang Culture has been greatly fruitful, how to deepen its development and innovation remains a problem. Through the analysis of Mr. Tian Zhongyang＇s newly published book ＂The Historical Coordinate Axis between the preceding and the following＂, we＇ve come to the conclusion that we must develop a new field of the study of the Huxiang culture, discard what is not useful and healthy on the basis of scientific analysis and put forward some new ideas which are realistic and full of enlightenment. In order to do all these well, people must take an honest and prudent attitude towards its study.
