摘要
随着天然气处理厂装置套数增多,处理量增大,为提供工程设计依据,有必要探究低温克劳斯硫黄回收尾气焚烧工艺中各因素对焚烧过程的影响,对硫黄回收装置尾气焚烧炉的燃烧策略进行研究。结合工业运行经验对炉膛温度进行论述,并采用热力学模型对燃烧过程中的停留时间、分段燃烧空气配比系数进行计算,对比了燃烧过程中不同的参数取值对燃烧结果的影响,得出最佳炉膛温度、最佳停留时间和适宜的分段燃烧空气气量配比。
As increase of natural gas treatment plant units and their capacity, it is necessary to study combustion process in low temperature Claus sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment unit and effects of various factors on the process so as to provide basis for engineering design. Based on industrial operation experience for a long term, analyzed is incinerator temperature, adopted is thermodynamic model to conduct theoretical calculation of residence time and staged combustion air ratio coefficient in combustion process, compared are effects of different parameters on combustion results in combustion process and proposed are the optimum furnace temperature, residence time and the best suitable staged combustion air ratio.
