摘要
介绍了基于喇曼散射的分布式光纤温度传感器的工作原理及其测温方法。从提高温度分辨率、空间分辨率、测量距离、测温精度和稳定性几个方面简述了基于喇曼散射的分布式光纤温度传感器的进展,并探讨了其现在存有的不足之处和未来的发展趋势。
The working principle and temperature measurement of distributed optical fiber temperature sensor based on Raman scattering is introduced. The progress of distributed optical fiber temperature sensor based on Raman scattering is outlined from several aspects such as temperature resolution, spatial resolution, measuring distance, temperature accuracy and stability, et al. In order to the wider application of the sensor, its current in- adequacies and there future trends are discussed.
