摘要
采用以 α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯 (Et CNA)为基本反应单体 ,与水溶性酸单体共聚 ,合成了一系列的 Et CNA- AA二元共聚物、Et CNA- AA- MMA三元共聚物和 Et CNA- AA- MMA- BA的四元共聚物 ,研究了合成工艺与产品性能之间的关系 ,得出适宜的工艺条件 .采用自乳化成盐的方法 ,得到聚 α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯毫微米球 .对乳液粒子的形态、乳液粘度以及聚合物玻璃化转变温度 Tg 等进行了研究 .结果表明 ,四元共聚物与二元、三元共聚物相比 ,乳液粒子粒径小 ,粒径分布均匀 ,并具有较适宜的玻璃化转变温度 .
Ethyl α-cyanoacrylates were selected to copolymerize with soluble acid.A series of watersoluble copolymers such as P(EtCNA-AA),P(EtCNA-MMA-AA),P(EtCNA-MMA-BA-AA) were prepared.By the self-emussified salt formation method,poly(ethyl α-cyanoacrylates)nanocapsule was synthezed.The relations between properties and synthetic process was studied.The property estimate reveals that the emulsions properties of P(EtCNA-MMA-BA-AA) were best compared with P(EtCNA-AA) and P(EtCNA-MMA-AA).The diameter of its emulsions was small enough to across through pores on the capillary endothelium.The emulsions were very stable and had a desired T g.
